USR Side Oil Cooler Kit with Setrab Components for 2017+ FK8 Honda Civic Type-R

With an oil cooler, you will have less chance of overheating your engine which in result will cause shorter track sessions, and potential engine damage.

With a in house designed cooler duct, this kit is the only side fitted one that works with factory brake ducts. Splash shield trimming is optional but recommended.  Mounting hardware is included with every kit.  

This kit replaces the older USR side mount kit.  Design is similar but this new kit is here to offer customers quality oil components from Setrab.  

Our oil cooler core uses a race proven Setrab 19 row cooler that is fed by a Setrab thermostatic controlled oil sandwich block connected with Setrab line fittings and Setrab stainless steel braided lines.  Slight modification grill trim is required for 2017-2019 Civic Type Rs and removal of fog light for maximum air flow for 2020+ models.

A new feature on this kit is ability to add 1/8" -27 NPT style sensors near the cooler for temperature and pressure measurement. 

Kit Includes:

• Setrab 6 Series ProLine 19 row oil cooler assembled with Setrab 90 degree port adaptors
• Assembled Setrab hose line with -10AN fittings
• Assembled Setrab fittings onto Setrab M20x1.5 none thermostatic sandwich plate or GReddy thermostatic controlled sandwich plate (180 degrees F).
• Each Setrab port adaptors includes a 1/8”-27 NPT port for optional installation of a sending unit or electrical accessory switch in place of port plug and and #8 threaded hole suitable for grounding single-pole senders.
• Setrab assembly lubricant.
