USR reserves the right to use other carrier for the similar service you paid.
USR only ship to credit card billing address and Paypal's shipping address, no exception.
If shipping method uses "Store pick up or shipping cost to be calculated" option, it does not mean free shipping unless elsewhere noted in the description. The customer will have an option to pick up at our retail store or we will give the customer options for shipping costs via email and/or phone call.
USR will ship items out as soon as possible when items are available. Normal processing time is between 1-3 business days unless parts are custom made. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the manufacturer and shipping companies.
Please note, all our freight shipments are insured. You must inspect and report any damage at the time of delivery to the driver (even if the damage seems small on the box, and/or actual product) for any freight claim. Take pictures when there is a damage, outside of the box, and/or on the product when driver is still there. Please have the driver noted on both copy of waybills. Any damage claim afterward will be denied.
USR will not be responsible for shipping and handling fees for any warranty related issued.
