United Speed Racing (USR) is proud to introduce our new FK8 Civic Type R harness bar. Unlike other harness bar designs that mount to the B-Pillar, typically requiring trimming or complete removal of the pillar cover, our designs main hoop attaches at the floor to the Seat Mounting location and the support structure attaches to the rear seat belt mounting location. These are factory mounting locations designed to handle high loads for safety. Also no trimming or modification is needed to bolt the bar in place. It takes about 15 minutes to install with normal hand tools. The rear attachment points can be left in place for even quicker removal of the bar if rear seats are needed or if the rear seat needs to be laid down. It is built from 1.5" DOM Roll Cage tubing, 4130 Chromoly interlocking tube connectors, and grade 8 hardware. Works with stock or aftermarket seats and allows decent recline of seats as well as full travel of the sliders. Shipping is not included.
